Return & Exchanges

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be sent back within 14 days from the shipping date. Once we receive the returned merchandise, a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) will be issued. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after the returned items are received.

Please ensure the return package is securely wrapped and shipped using FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post via the United States Postal Service for your protection and to help ensure prompt processing. Ilsandalo Italian is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

When sending your return, please include your complete contact information, including:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Order Number with reason

Your return will be processed as quickly as possible once it arrives. Processing time generally takes up to 15 business days from the date the return is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.

Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please save the box and all merchandise and contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement.
